Pioneer Arizona, located off Interstate 17, just north of Carefree Highway in North Phoenix, offers the versatility of many indoor and outdoor locations to serve as the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony and reception.

A ceremony in our Community Church adds a traditional, yet quaint 1880’s charm to your nuptials. Outside, you may choose a more natural setting for your ceremony, on the Community Green. The Community Green also provides a natural setting for your reception, complete with bandstand. If you and your guests prefer an indoor venue, the Opera House is available for a grand reception. Your experience can be simple or grand, but always romantic at Pioneer.

Your wedding can be Traditional, Western, Victorian or Military, but always exotic. A wedding adventure awaits as you arrive at Pioneer Arizona, ready to embark on your new life as husband and wife.

We have packages for every budget from elopements to full service weddings and receptions. Exceptional full service catering is offered with a professional staff attending to every post-ceremony detail. From hors d'oeuvres, to buffet dinners, wedding cakes, desserts and beverage service. Your dining experience is catered to your style and needs.

Packages #2, #3, #4 and #5 Include
Rehearsal time, brides room, Head table (seating to 8) or sweetheart table (Bride and Groom) with floor length linen, 6 Guest dining tables (seating to 50) with 6 lap length linen, 50 chairs, Cake table, Gift table and DJ table with floor length linens.

Outdoor areas:
Day or Evening event includes 15 x 15 dance floor.
Evening events include Lamp Post Lights.
Evening events price includes 1 security guard.
Opera House can seat up to 80 guests.
Community Green or Special events area can seat up to 1,500.
Above packages are based on 50 guests. Additional seating is $5.00 per person.
A $550.00, non-refundable deposit is required to secure date and time.
After 4 p.m., you are allowed to bring in your own Beer, Wine and Champagne. Sorry, no hard alcohol.

Pioneer's Catering Special:
Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, Shredded or Bone in Chicken Dinner with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Buttered Corn, Fresh Tossed Romaine salad with Ranch and Italian Dressing, Assorted Dinner rolls with butter, Lemonade and Iced Tea. Decorated Buffet table and staff for the night - $15.00 pp inclusive. (Two meats per guest: add $3.00 pp)

Also included: decorated buffet table, uniformed staff for the event, plates, rolled silverware with 17 inch 3 ply disposable napkins, disposable clear or white cups for lemonade and iced tea.  We will also cut and serve your wedding cake.
