Volunteer Information Profile Application Form – This form applies to people wanting to be interpreters/re-enactment characters. Each must pass a background check. Our Volunteer Coordinator handles these applicants.

Volunteer Service Application for Specific Project (s) Form – This form applies to individuals, organizations and/or corporations who want to volunteer time and skills for certain projects, including repairs and grounds maintenance, cleaning buildings, helping with special events, maintaining the inventory process, and maintaining records of artifacts and items, etc.

Donation Application Form - This form covers the acceptance policy of the Foundation for cash contributions and donations of artifacts and items.  It also has a brief section for “Adopt a Building”, “Donate a Building” and “Sponsor for a Fundraising Event or Program.” If you are interested in one of these categories, we suggest contacting the Pioneer Arizona Foundation board by calling or emailing the office.
